Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Westlake, OH (Hybrid) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong likelihood of extension; potential contract-to-hire) Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Pay Rate: $52/hr
Required Qualifications
- Experience handling complex employee relations matters and labor law issues is critical for success in this role.
- Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of labor law experience (required).
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR policies.
- Experience advising managers and business leaders on employee-related matters.
- Strong case management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and escalate concerns appropriately.
