Employee Relations Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role will focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee and organizational issues
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Coach leaders on conflict resolution, team development, and change management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Director experience
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience
• Proven ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare experience and bilingual skills are a plus
