About the Role:

As a CBRE Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing consultation and coaching to employees, managers and People Business Partners while driving operational excellence in investigative processes and resolution. You will provide expertise in all aspects of employee relations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role will also be a key partner with People Business Partners, Legal Counsel, Payroll, and Ethics & Compliance. In this role, you'll develop processes to streamline Employee Relations activity, provide advice and guidance to help drive the implementation of an effective ER strategy, identify business gaps with an emphasis on coaching and maintaining a positive employee relations environment within the business.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
