Job Description:

Employee Relations Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Relations Coordinator to support a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) programs, processes, and initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent, compliant, and employee-focused ER practices by providing project support, case administration, reporting and analytics, accommodations management, communications, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information while partnering across HR and business teams to drive positive employee outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations Case Management & Investigations

  • Support Employee Relations investigations by documenting interview notes and maintaining accurate case records.
  • Draft interview summaries, investigation reports, and case documentation.
  • Update and maintain the Employee Relations case tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing case files and supporting materials for ER partners and leadership.

Technology & Process Improvement

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor, evaluate, and enhance Employee Relations systems and processes.
  • Support onboarding and implementation activities related to ER technology platforms and external vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and streamline workflows.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain Employee Relations reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Analyze case trends, workforce concerns, and external developments to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to gather, organize, and interpret project and case-related data.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate analysis.

Accommodations & Standard Processes

  • Administer ADA accommodation requests and other employee-related processes.
  • Ensure requests are handled consistently, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and process records.

Communications & Stakeholder Support

  • Develop presentations, reports, and communication materials using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Communicate information effectively to HR partners, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with training materials, process documentation, and program communications.

Project Support & Administration

  • Support special Employee Relations projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations team.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Experience working with HR systems, case management tools, or reporting platforms is a plus.
