Employee Relations Investigator

A health services network in New York City is seeking an Employee Relations professional to join their team in Brooklyn to support workplace investigations and employee relations matters.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Setting: On-site

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
• Investigate the full sequence of events and evaluate relevant evidence.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations.
• Present completed reports to HR and Labor Relations for review and next steps.
• Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and sound judgment throughout each investigation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of prior Workplace or Employee Relations Investigation experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience conducting witness interviews
• Strong investigative, analytical, and fact-finding skills
• Excellent written communication and report-preparation abilities
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters

Desired Skills:

• Master's degree
• Working knowledge of HR practices, workplace policies, and employee relations principles
