Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite with 20% travel as needed)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 5:00

Pay: $48-$52/hr.

We're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to lead investigations, employee relations strategy, and employment risk management for a large multi-state workforce.

This role will oversee complex employee relations matters, support litigation and employment claims, coach HR Business Partners, and partner closely with leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review complex employee relations investigations
• Provide guidance and oversight to HR Business Partners
• Support corrective actions, disciplinary processes, and terminations
• Partner with legal counsel on employment claims, litigation, mediations, and subpoenas
• Resolve workplace conflicts and employee relations concerns
• Develop ER policies, training programs, and best practices
• Analyze trends and recommend solutions to reduce organizational risk
• Support locations across multiple states and travel as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Employee Relations and HR experience
• Experience managing complex workplace investigations
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience partnering with legal counsel on employment matters
