Job TitleEmployee Relations SpecialistAbout Our ClientIn this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, leading workplace investigations, resolving employee concerns, and helping foster a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace. You'll also play a proactive role by developing manager training, identifying workplace trends, and partnering closely with HR Business Partners to strengthen employee relations across the organization.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end workplace investigations, including complaint intake, interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations.Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns and policy-related matters.Maintain accurate investigation records and documentation across internal systems.Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions, including training and engagement initiatives.Advise managers and employees on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.Design and facilitate manager training on topics such as communication, feedback, and performance management.Visit program sites to build relationships with employees and strengthen engagement.Collaborate with the Director of Employee Relations on complex cases and special projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree required.5+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience.3-4 years of hands-on employee relations investigations, including matters involving EEO, anti-harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence.Strong knowledge of employment practices and excellent judgment when handling sensitive matters.Outstanding communication, organization, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.What's on OfferCompetitive hourly pay.Temp-to-permanent opportunity with long-term potential.Hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one.Collaborative culture with excellent opportunities for professional growth.
