• Strong experience in Employee Relations, including workplace investigations
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, AAP, FMLA, ADA, ADEA)
• Experience handling complex employee issues (performance, conduct, attendance, policy adherence)
• Ability to create clear, legally defensible documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
• Experience partnering with legal counsel and supporting litigation matters
• Experience representing organizations in unemployment hearings
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
