Overview:

Provide essential administrative support to the Employee Relocation team and assist employees with their relocation needs. Coordinate logistics, manage documentation, communicate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure services provided to employees are handled efficiently and professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and relocation program guidelines. Process employee payments and reimbursements efficiently and accurately, for both permanent moves and temporary assignments for hired positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with employees and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of relocation services.
2. Under the guidance of Relocation leadership, negotiate terms and conditions with extended housing vendors for temporary relocations; this includes pricing, cancellations, and service levels, to ensure favorable terms for the company and safe, comfortable accommodations for our employees.
3. Track terms and payments for all relocation incentives, reimbursements, and per diem payments based on individual relocation agreements and company guidelines.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocations and prepare routine or ad hoc reports on status, costs, and trends.
5. Support the Store Compensation team by assisting with job offer-related processes and activities for New Store Growth Markets.
6. Maintain and administer Relocation Tier Grid information including updates, documentation, and coordination to support accurate application across the organization.
7. Identify any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process, working with leadership to find solutions.
8. Work closely with internal teams, including Accounting, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, to align vendor services with company needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


Education
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

 

Experience
• No experience required.
• Previous administrative experience in an HR or customer service environment preferred.
• Previous relocation/mobility experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with 3rd party vendors preferred.
