About the Opportunity Bryant Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an Employee Research Consultant. In this role, you will assist client organizations across various industries in designing and implementing data-driven workforce strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience, optimizing workforce engagement, and providing actionable insights to executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to design, execute, and analyze customized workforce research and employee engagement surveys.

• Conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., driver analysis, regression modeling) utilizing SPSS and/or R programming.

• Translate complex data structures into compelling summaries, data visualizations, and executive-level presentations.

• Advise client management teams on utilizing research outcomes and survey methodologies to drive organizational improvements.

• Leverage technology-enabled platforms and modern data analytical techniques to enhance client project delivery.

• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to establish analytical frameworks, project scopes, and actionable project plans.

• Draft custom reporting deliverables and contribute to industry thought leadership pieces, white papers, and research studies.

Position Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related quantitative field.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement research, workforce assessments, or survey execution.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in statistical modeling and data structuring using SPSS and/or R programming .

• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, index-matching) and Microsoft PowerPoint for executive deck preparation.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, business writing, presentation, and end-to-end project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior external or internal HR consulting experience specializing in employee experience/engagement.

• Proven track record supporting business development initiatives and creating proposal materials.

• Capability to leverage normative data sets to write trend reports and industry white papers.

Key Skill Sets Required

1. Statistical Analysis & Data Science: Expertise in SPSS and R programming for advanced statistical modeling (e.g., driver analysis and regression).

2. Workforce & Engagement Research: Deep knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology principles, employee survey methodology, and organizational metrics.

3. Executive Presentation & Data Visualization: Proficiency in synthesizing complex datasets into clear stories and PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
