Primary function of a Employee Service Coordinator:

The Employee Services Coordinator provides comprehensive onboarding, employee services, and employment administration support by partnering with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and field personnel. This position plays a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring employment compliance, maintaining employee records, supporting the Drug-Free Workplace Program, and assisting with HR audits and reporting initiatives.

The Employee Services Coordinator serves as a key resource for employment-related processes, policies, and employee support while helping ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding & New Hire Administration
  • Personnel Records & Document Management
  • Drug Free Workplace Program Administration
  • Compliance, Auditing & Reporting of onboarding documentation and system integration's
  • Serve as a resource for employees, managers, and field personnel regarding employment-related questions, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide cross-functional support to Employee Services team members as needed

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:

  • Extremely detailed-oriented with experience entering Open Enrollment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/document management systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
