Employer Services Technician

As an Employer Services Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to employers, employees, and patients while supporting workplace health and safety programs.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients and employer clients with professionalism and care
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily activities within Employer Services
- Perform drug and alcohol testing, including DOT and NON-DOT collections
- Set up and maintain employer accounts for testing and screening services
- Communicate test results accurately and efficiently to employer partners
- Maintain testing supplies, records, and regulatory documentation
- Support billing, data entry, attendance tracking, and interdepartmental communication
- Assist with quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with testing protocols
- Help resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service experiences
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while supporting daily operational success

- Minimum of 2 years of clerical or office experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Comfortable using computers and office software, including Windows and Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn office equipment and testing procedures quickly
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions
