The Employment and Human Services Department is currently accepting applications to fill one (1) vacancy for the position of Employment and Human Services Program Integrity Coordinator.

The Employment and Human Services Program Integrity Coordinator in the Aging and Adult Services Bureau oversees program integrity and quality assurance activities for CalFresh and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), including monitoring program performance, analyzing case trends and error rates, conducting quality assurance reviews, interpreting federal and state regulations, and developing corrective action strategies. This position supervises professional staff engaged in compliance and quality assurance functions and partners with program leadership to identify operational risks, improve program outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position supports payment accuracy, mandated quality assurance activities, successful audits, and the effective administration of essential public assistance programs serving Contra Costa County residents.

Minimum Qualifications
License Required: Possession of a Valid California Motor Vehicle Operators License.
Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration, social work, social or behavioral sciences or a closely related field.
Experience: Three years of full-time or its equivalent experience in a supervisory or administrative position in a public or private human services agency providing public assistance programs to the public.
Substitution: Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four (4) years. One (1) additional year of the type of experience noted above may be substituted for the required academic major.
