Employment and Labor Attorney

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm with offices across the East Coast to add Employment & Labor Attorney’s to their growing teams in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.

We Offer:

• Pay: $130-170K+ Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $150k - $190k)
• Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $30K

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigatory interviews for employment and labor matters
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and prepare initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Prepare administrative position statements
• Handle depositions and assist with case strategy

Attorney Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree  
• Active New York State Bar admission
• Minimum of 1–2+ years of litigation experience, specifically with exposure to wage/hour and employment discrimination litigation
