Employment Associate Attorney

I am working with a prestigious firm that is seeking to add to their employment practice. This position is special because there is a great emphasis put on mentoring associates and helping them become amazing trial lawyers. Also, there is no billable hour requirement! Background:

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience 
• Defense side is preferred but candidates with a little plaintiff experience are encouraged to apply
• Candidates coming from AM100 firms or Top 25 law schools are a plus
• Legal strategist
• Excellent writing, analytical and research skills
