With a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries, they are looking for a candidate who brings 4+ years of comprehensive experience in employment law.This role will focus on advising clients on employment matters, including drafting employee agreements, policies, and handbooks. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day employment issues and drafting correspondence, pleadings, position statements, and briefs for pre-litigation and litigation. While trial and deposition attendance is minimal, strong pre-litigation and litigation management skills are essential.
