We are currently hiring Employment Attorneys in Los Angeles, Memphis, TN, Tampa, FL, and Richmond, VA.

Job Details
  • Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients
  • Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
  • Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and other employment-related documents
  • Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution
  • Handle or support wage and hour matters including class action work where applicable
  • Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives

Looking For:

  • J.D. and active bar admission in applicable state
  • Recent labor and employment experience
  • Strong background in employment litigation and employer-side counseling
  • Wage and hour and class action experience a plus
