Job Details
  • Defend employers in employment law matters including wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
  • Handle cases from inception through resolution — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Provide legal advice to employers on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws
  • Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements to support employer compliance and mitigate litigation risk
  • Support business clients and collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters affecting employers

Looking For:

  • J.D. and active California bar license
  • Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
  • Strong background handling PAGA cases
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide practical compliance guidance
