OverviewStinson LLP seeks an associate attorney with at least three years of employment law experience to join our Phoenix office.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics;Significant work and interest in employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation;Experience leading EEOC and analogous state/local agency charge responses;Employment counseling and policy drafting/review experience (e.g., separation agreements, non-competes, executive employment agreements); andExperience conducting employment due diligence and supporting M&A transactions a plus.The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload.
