Job Description
Provide legal counsel to employers on workplace matters including discipline, termination, accommodations, and wage and hour compliance
Draft and review employment-related documents such as handbooks, agreements, and policies
Represent clients before state and local administrative agencies
Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic risk-mitigation advice
Collaborate with clients on employment law compliance and preventative practices
Handle both counseling and litigation-prevention work
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice in New Jersey
5+ years of employment law experience
Experience advising employers and drafting employment-related documents
Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
