Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $180,000 - $240,000+ annually plus bonuses, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • Strong understanding of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively
  • Strong research and legal analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate merits of employment law cases and develop case strategies
  • Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
  • Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, trials and settlement negotiations
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
  • Research and analyze employment statutes, regulations, and case law
  • Supervise and direct support staff
  • Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues
