Job Details

We are seeking an experienced employment litigator to join our team and handle a full range of workplace-related matters. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases independently while working alongside a supportive group of attorneys and staff. The work is varied and engaging, with exposure to both individual claims and broader employment issues.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their caseload, communicating directly with clients, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. This is a good fit for a litigator who enjoys staying active in their cases and values a consistent, organized workflow.

Responsibilities

Handle a range of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Represent employer clients in administrative proceedings and related investigations
Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions
Provide practical advice and legal analysis on workplace-related issues
Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal team members
Manage an active caseload with attention to efficiency and organization
Utilize internal systems and tools to track case progress and deadlines


Qualifications

Prior experience handling employment-related litigation matters
Familiarity with wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
Experience working through multiple phases of litigation, including discovery and motion practice
Comfortable managing cases with a degree of independence while collaborating with a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities


Requirements

5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment law matters
Experience handling depositions, discovery, and motion practice
Ability to manage multiple matters and shifting priorities
Proficiency with standard office and case management systems
Commitment to responsiveness, organization, and follow-through
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
