Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Employment Litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, from initial pleadings to trial, and collaborate with our talented partners and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations
- Work closely with clients on day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, including drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities
- Utilize excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and litigation experience
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a desire for excellence, a drive to win, and a commitment to growth and client service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
