Job Details

We're seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join our Litigation team. The role involves representing employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, including wage and hour claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, non-competition/restrictive covenant litigation, and other employment-related matters before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. The associate will also support counseling and compliance work alongside the firm's employment practice, and may collaborate with corporate attorneys on employment law due diligence for M&A and investment transactions.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and ideally some employment law exposure; experience representing employers is a plus.
