What You Will Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case development.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for trial, including witness preparation and evidence organization.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments in employment law to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of experience in employment litigation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of managing litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience working with clients in the media or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in trial advocacy and courtroom experience.
• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.

Compensation and Benefits
