The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong leadership, and the opportunity to work on high-impact cases.Position OverviewThe Employment Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a full caseload of employment-related disputes, representing clients in both state and federal court. This role requires strong litigation experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through trialRepresent clients in state and federal court, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trialsHandle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputesDraft and argue motions, including dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment)Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositionsDevelop case strategy and provide litigation risk assessments to clientsNegotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitrationCollaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of case outcomesQualificationsLicensed attorney in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure)3+ years of employment litigation experienceProven experience managing cases independently and appearing in courtStrong motion practice and deposition experienceExcellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
