Employment Litigation Attorney

Our collaborative environment values integrity, innovation, and excellence in client service.Key Responsibilities Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolutionCommunicating directly with clients and providing regular case updatesTaking and defending depositionsParticipating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trialsQualifications JD degree with excellent academic credentialsAdmitted to practice in California5+ years of significant experience handling employment litigation matters, including but not limited to employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law mattersExperience handling employment litigation in federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actionsExperience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agenciesExperience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrationsWhy KD?
