Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week
• Fully Remote: Available to qualified candidates located anywhere in California

Qualifications

• Solid litigation experience
• Employment law experience preferred, but not required
• California Bar membership is required
• Must have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Compensation & Billable Hours

Associates may choose between two annual billing structures:

1,600 Billable Hours

• Salary: $125,000–$185,000 annually

1,850 Billable Hours

• Salary: $145,000–$215,000 annually

Both options provide the same opportunities for advancement, raises, bonuses, and professional growth.
