    Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney specializing in Wage & Hour Class Action cases in Washington. The attorney will manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, focusing on worker rights violations against large corporations.Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment litigation matters.Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal filings.Conduct and defend depositions, including party and witness depositions.Handle all phases of written discovery.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.Communicate with clients and provide regular updates.Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Washington.
