Employment Litigation Paralegal

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in Class Action, PAGA, Employment Law (Pre-litigation and Litigation phases)
• Prepared and drafted mediation briefs, complaints, letters, and interrogatories
• Manage deadlines and attorney calendars
• Experience with class-action suits
• Paralegal certificate or degree is a plus
