The Manager of Employment Services is responsible for assistance in the coordination, implementation, evaluation and oversight of the Employment Program. He or she helps ensure that Employment follows guidelines set forth by funding agencies and accrediting bodies. Also acts as a mentor to Employment Consultants and Recruiters.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors' degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with developmental disabilities.
• Other: Ability to work flexible hours to include but not limited to days, nights and weekends
