Employment Specialist

Location: Chickasha, OK

Schedule: Full-Time

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + Commission Opportunity

We are looking for an Employment Specialist who can build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced office environment. This position works closely with both job seekers and local businesses to help connect the right people with the right opportunities.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just another office job. The right person will be dependable, driven, organized, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, changing gears throughout the day, and taking ownership of your responsibilities from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent service to job seekers, associates, and clients
• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for available positions
• Match qualified candidates with employment opportunities
• Communicate regularly with candidates and clients by phone, email, text, and in person
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Coordinate interviews, placements, and employment-related activities
• Follow up consistently and ensure commitments and deadlines are met
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the rest of the team to meet individual and office goals

Compensation & Opportunity

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn commission after successfully completing the probationary period.
