We currently have an opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Employment Specialist (Recruiting/Account Manager/Inside Sales), responsible for moving at a fast pace to place people in jobs with our clients and seek out potential companies who would like to use Express for their hiring needs. As an Employment Specialist - with a focus on Light Industrial and Commercial Placements, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applicants, schedule and conduct interviews. You must be comfortable making outbound phone calls every day, interviewing new candidates for our database and servicing companies with world-class customer service. Job Description

• This is a full cycle recruiting position where you will create job postings, screen resumes/applications, select and interview candidates, on-board and complete new hire documents, and place candidates in great jobs working for our clients
• Market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations ensuring the best match for both the client company and the candidate
• Make outbound B2B sales calls to clients/prospects to explain our services and develop new business, making 50 outbound sales calls per week.
• Source prospective candidates utilizing internet research, social media, referral networking, direct recruiting, resume databases, job postings and other sourcing tools
• Communicate frequently with clients and candidates to arrange client interviews, update progress, and negotiate/accept job offers
• Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
• Serve as employee advocate, offering coaching when needed
• Data Entry: Record all contacts with clients/associates into our proprietary CRM. Utilize our database to enter, maintain and update candidate information

Skills/Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish-English
• Thrives in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment
• Typing at 40 wpm, and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable with outbound sales and recruiting activities
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, customer service focused attitude
• Organized and able to handle multiple, competing priorities
• Computer and basic social media skills necessary
• 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or other sales
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and benefits

• Base Salary: $33,000-$40,000.
• Weekly, Monthly and Results focused bonuses
