Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Description:

Join the team at one of the largest and most advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the world! We're hiring an Empty Vial Temporary Staff member for 2nd shift at our Social Circle, GA plasma-derived therapies plant.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring product quality by inspecting empty vials for defects before they move through the production process — all while working in a state-of-the-art, cGMP-regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

• Visually inspect empty vials for glass and washout defects
• Perform filled vial inspection (after required qualification/training)
• Operate pallet jacks and shrink wrap equipment
• Manually clean equipment, conveyors, and work areas (weekly, monthly, and post-production cleanings)
• Load/unload materials to and from conveyors
• Gown and degown properly for the packaging area
• Complete required documentation per GDP/GMP standards

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and chemical/biological safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment requiring special gowning (no jewelry, makeup, contacts, or nail polish permitted)
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive gripping/grasping tasks
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Controlled, unclassified cleanroom environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures (cool/hot storage areas)
• Proximity to moving equipment/machinery
• Occasional exposure to chemicals such as alcohol
• Fast-paced production setting
