Position Overview
An established defense and technology services organization is seeking an experienced EMSO Analyst to support high-level Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations initiatives within a joint military environment. This role will provide subject matter expertise in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and EMSO, helping shape operational readiness, strategic planning, and policy development for joint force operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a cleared professional with experience supporting combatant command operations and military exercise planning.
Key Responsibilities
" Support development of future-state Electromagnetic Warfare and EMSO concepts, strategic initiatives, and operational plans
" Contribute expertise toward EMS-related policy development impacting joint force mission readiness
" Represent EMSO leadership in Department of Defense working groups, planning sessions, and strategic forums
" Assist with planning, integration, and evaluation of EMSO elements during joint military exercises and modeling/simulation activities
" Recommend improvements to strengthen Joint EMSO capabilities across Combatant Command and Service-level operations
" Prepare technical reports, briefings, and supporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements
" Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to support mission objectives involving spectrum operations and electromagnetic warfare readiness
Required Qualifications
" Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance
" Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
" Minimum 5 years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
" Minimum 3 years supporting joint force operations at the Combatant Command or Component level
" Minimum 3 years of military exercise planning, design, and/or modeling and simulation experience
" Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and briefing leadership
Preferred Qualifications
" Experience supporting Combatant Command JEMSO organizations
" Familiarity with Department of Defense EMSO policy and joint doctrine
" Experience representing EMSO priorities in DOD-level strategy, planning, or policy forums
" Background collaborating across multiple military branches or command structures
