At your employee orientation, you will be provided with more information about the benefits enrollment process, eligibility criteria for these benefits, and the effective dates of coverage. Your enrollment in benefits programs for which you are eligible must be completed within the first 30 days of your employment or you must wait until the next open enrollment period.
Bonus target is $1,000/quarter. Bonus achievement amount will be determined by a combination of individual performance metrics and overall company performance. Employees are eligible after completing their 90-day probationary period.
