Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Hands-on experience with EMV certification and payment device testing.
- Experience with retail POS systems and payment transaction testing.
- Familiarity with Ingenico payment devices.
- Proficiency with Collis certification/testing tools.
- Experience testing credit card and payment transactions in a retail POS environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Retail POS experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EMV certification activities for mobile checkout payment devices.
- Manage certification efforts with payment authorizers, execute and validate test cases using Collis tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams for device setup and troubleshooting.
- Support test environments and ensure certification requirements are successfully completed.
- Execute EMV certification for multiple payment devices and payment authorizers.
- Run, validate, and re-test certification test cases until successful certification is achieved.
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide testing support.
- Maintain detailed test logs, certification artifacts, and supporting documentation.
- Support payment device setup, certification execution, and issue resolution activities.
