We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position provides hands-on project management oversight for secure federated cloud service environment (enclave) initiatives, ensuring discrete projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and customer satisfaction expectations.

 

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

·       Manage multiple enclave-related projects or workstreams concurrently.

·       Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

·       Coordinate technical, security, and operational personnel to meet delivery milestones.

·       Track progress against performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) reporting requirements.

·       Ensure quality control for all enclave deliverables.

·       Support documentation development, reviews, and approvals.

·       Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage stakeholder communications.

·       Ensure change management activities follow NIH and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)-directed approvals.

·       Support audit readiness and documentation for assessments and compliance reviews.

·       Provide project oversight and manage multiple projects or larger bodies of work, including project scope, schedule, and resources.

·       Responsible for ensuring successful high-quality product outcome and customer satisfaction.

·       Assemble and manage the project team and their performance.

  • Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, and resource management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or large bodies of work simultaneously
  • Experience leading and managing project teams and performance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with federal project management expectations and structured delivery models
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience supporting security-driven projects and compliance documentation
  • Knowledge of cloud migration or modernization efforts
  • Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP or ITIL 4 Foundation

required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computing, Social Science, or related field
  • Current PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 5+ years of technical experience supporting IT or related projects
  • Experience managing IT or cloud-based projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects for or within a federal agency or organization

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting federal or NIH IT projects
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Experience supporting cloud-based or modernization initiatives
