As a Coordinator Marketing Specialist, a typical day will include:  

• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.   

• Makes telemarketing calls and offers return vacation packages, book sales presentations and invite Owners and guests to special events. 

• Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. 

• Create spreadsheets to organize information related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., mailing lists, tours) 

• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process. Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.  

• Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on online rotation.  

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Specialist at MVW:  

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to10lbs without assistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.  

• May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).
