Department Overview
The END Technologist 1 prepares patients and conducts routine END procedures in the unit; collects data
pertinent to the interpretation of test results and assists senior technologists or medical staff with complex
recordings under indirect supervision.
The END Technologist 1 is an entry to mid-level position in the neurodiagnostic unit or department. The END Technologist 1 performs procedures according to facility policy and procedures. The END Technologist 1 can perform test set up, electrode application, and maintain patient safety during clinically significant events and other related duties. Communication skills are essential for this position.
