Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering focusing on Windows 11 global estate management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for architecting compliance profiles, configuration baselines, and mobile application management.
- Experience in migrating legacy SCCM (MECM) workloads and Group Policy mechanisms to modern Intune-first management.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot for designing zero-touch provisioning packages and enrollment status configurations.
- Experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA administration including the deployment of the Zscaler Client Connector.
- Experience in advanced PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph integration to automate endpoint health reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and coaching technical teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural transition from legacy SCCM and GPO environments to a modernized cloud-native Intune management model.
- Engineer global device provisioning workflows using Windows Autopilot to ensure zero-touch deployment for all users.
- Design and enforce technical security baselines across the Windows estate aligned with CIS and NIST benchmarks.
- Administer Zscaler internet and private access policies to secure data traffic and manage SSL inspection protocols.
- Conduct hardware engineering evaluations to benchmark and certify new laptop and desktop models against performance criteria.
- Execute end-to-end patch management strategies for end-user devices and the Windows server estate using ring-based deployments.
- Optimize device health monitoring and performance telemetry using Nexthink to drive permanent technical fixes.
