Responsibilities:

Mead & Hunt’s IT Department has a position available for an End User Experience Supervisor. The End User Experience Supervisor leads the delivery of high-quality IT support and services across the organization. This role oversees daily support operations, ensures timely issue resolution, and drives continuous improvement in the overall technology experience for employees. This position combines strong leadership, operational discipline, and a customer-first mindset to ensure users have reliable, efficient, and positive interactions with IT. The Supervisor partners closely with infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams to align support services with organizational needs.

 

 

This position’s responsibilities include:

  • Assigning work to staff and monitoring workload
  • Oversee day-to-day support for end user technologies (devices, M365, mobile, meeting rooms, access)
  • Monitor ticket queues, response times, and issue trends
  • Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact issues
  • Improve support processes, knowledge base content, and self-service capabilities
  • Maintain and improve ticketing workflows and support standards
  • Partner with IT teams on endpoint management, deployments, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Support technology rollouts and standardization efforts
  • Track and report on support metrics and performance
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed
  • Some day and overnight travel will be required

 

The successful candidate must have any/all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of relevant IT experience

--OR--

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field plus five (5) years of relevant IT experience

--OR--

  • If no degree, seven (7) years of relevant IT experience

 

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

  • Experience leading or mentoring support teams
  • Experience in multi-office or distributed environments
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, software deployment, and asset management
  • Understanding of identity/access management and security practices
  • Experience supporting hybrid work environments and collaboration tools
