Summary
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide high-quality L1/L2 technical support to enterprise end users in a fast-paced onsite environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft technologies.
ResponsibilityResponsibilities include providing desk-side and help desk support, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, imaging and deploying HP/Lenovo laptops and desktops, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, ServiceNow incidents and asset management, Active Directory, VPN, printers, mobile devices, and conference room technology. The role will also involve basic network troubleshooting, hardware break/fix, small IT projects, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

L1/L2 Help Desk & Desk-Side Support
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
ServiceNow – incident/request & asset management
HP & Lenovo hardware support and break/fix
Laptop/Desktop imaging, configuration & deployment
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Active Directory & basic PowerShell
VPN and client-side network troubleshooting – LAN/WAN, routers, hotspots
Printer, mobile device (iOS/Android), and conference room support
Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving
