Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an End User Support Technician for their Charlotte, NC location.
Responsibilities:
- The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Client facing role - requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude
- Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable
- Years of Experience: 8.00 Years of Experience
