Responsibilities:
The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.
With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day
Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning
