Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an End User Support Technician for their Redmond, WA location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.
  • With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day.
  • Client facing role.
  • Requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude;
