Position Overview

 

Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our medical staff in a community-focused setting. This is a general, “bread and butter” endocrinology role with a mix of outpatient and limited inpatient responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

 

Diagnose and manage common endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and metabolic conditions

Provide outpatient clinic care with occasional inpatient consults

Develop and implement treatment plans focused on long-term disease management

Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists

Educate patients on lifestyle modification, medication management, and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

Eligible for California medical licensure

Strong communication and clinical skills

New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Pay Transparency:

Centinela Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $186,000 and above. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
