Endocrinologist

Total Compensation ranging from $270k-$320k based on experience

An established and expanding multi-specialty healthcare organization in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and fellows completing training who are looking to build a rewarding outpatient endocrinology practice with strong clinical support and long-term growth potential.

Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, pituitary disease, adrenal disorders, and other hormonal imbalances
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and current clinical guidelines
• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate patient care
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic evaluations
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health strategies
• Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment with experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Opportunities to participate in teaching and academic activities may be available

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
• New graduates and current fellows are encouraged to apply
• J-1 visa candidates will be considered
• Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable but not required
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
