Job Description

Salary Ranges between $200k-$270k (varies depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient healthcare organization serving diverse communities throughout New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

Position Highlights

  • 100% outpatient endocrinology practice
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • No hospital call or inpatient rounding required
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary support team
  • Strong referral network and established patient base

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, adrenal conditions, and hormonal imbalances
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based care and long-term disease management
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, nutrition, and preventive health strategies
  • Build long-term relationships with patients while promoting continuity of care
  • Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population
  • Work closely with primary care providers, specialists, nurses, educators, and care coordinators
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • DEA license or eligibility
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
