Endocrinologist

Compensation: Exceptionally competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment

Job Type: Full-time. 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday and a half day on Fridays.

Location: Rutland, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, hospital-owned Diabetes & Endocrinology practice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care
  • Evaluate and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and other endocrine diseases
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and long-term disease management strategies
  • Collaborate closely with certified diabetes educators and dieticians to support patient education and lifestyle management
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers and hospital-based specialists
  • Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic testing related to endocrine disorders
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
  • Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
  • Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
